By bike and push scooter

Transporting bicycles and kick scooters is permitted to a limited extent and under certain rules.

BUS and FUNICULAR

As of 13.12.2020, bicycle transport is permitted on almost all lines and only if there is sufficient space in the vehicle.
During peak hours (approx. Monday to Friday, not including public holidays, between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. and between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m.), transport of bicycles is excluded.
A valid ticket is required.

Bicycle transport is permitted in accordance with more regulations below, which came into force on 13.12.2020.

PUSH SCOOTERS - New rules!

From 11.12.2022, following rules will be effective for the transport of scooters:

Scooters with a maximum wheel diameter of 30 cm: may be transported free of charge
Scooters with a wheel diameter of more than 30 cm: are considered to be bicycles.
They therefore require a valid ticket (reduced ticket, day pass or bike pass) and may not be transported when there is a ban on bicycles in the timetable.
