The timetable consultation procedure, which normally starts towards the end of May and lasts three weeks, offers the opportunity to view the proposed timetable for each line for the following year and submit any comments to the Mobility Section of the planning department.
The timetable plan can be viewed online at www.progetto-orario.ch and opinions should be sent using the appropriate online form.
Any suggestions related to the quantity of services and connections between lines and between services will be examined and taken into consideration, as far as possible.
Generally speaking, issues of a conceptual nature already addressed as part of the service planning procedure or issues related to the management of the service by the transport company cannot be dealt with.
